Between the years of 1970-1975 he worked for the Industrial Property Directorate of the Turkish Ministry of Industry & Trade. Later he joined the private sector as a consultant for business management and intellectual property rights. He is a registered patent and trademark attorney. In our organization, he is active on the patent/utility models and industrial designs. He is the head of this department.

TEVFİK TÜRKMEN Coordinator rasyonel@tr.net	He graduated from the Ankara Economics & Commercial Sciences Academy. He studied economics and business management. Between the years of 1967- 1996 he worked for the Industrial Property Directorate of the Turkish Ministry of Industry & Trade as an examiner, consultant, vice president and president. He is responsible for the Trade & Service Mark Department as a coordinator.

After a period in a plant of chemical industry he has worked in a laboratory. Later he joined the company. He is studying as a patent consultant.
